Every day of the year except Christmas Day. The farm stall and shop run 08:00–17:00, restaurant kitchens take last orders at 16:00, last activity tickets are sold at 16:00, and the premises close at 17:00.

On site, at three points: zip line tickets at the Souvenir & Gift Shop; most other activities (animal farm, paintball, archery, butterfly dome, 18-hole putt putt, Conquer course) at Banana Café; quad bikes, 9-hole putt putt and giant chess at Fazenda. Each activity on our activities page shows its ticket point.

Day visitors don't — just arrive and buy tickets. Groups of six or more (parties, team building, school tours) should book on WhatsApp so we can assign a team member to your group.

Most activities welcome kids. Under-10s do target shooting instead of paintball games, the kiddies quad is for young riders, and party packages are grouped by age: 3–6, 7–12 and 13–17.

Drivers must be 18 or older, wear the helmet provided, and complete an indemnity form before departure. A credit card is required to be kept on hand for the duration of the ride.

You're welcome to set up your own party décor. Outside food and drinks aren't permitted — if you'd like to bring your own cake or party packs, arrange it with us beforehand and a corkage fee applies.

Yes — entry to the farm, shops and restaurants is free. You only pay for the activities you choose. Animal farm entry is R30, or free with any other activity ticket.

Dogs on leads are welcome at outdoor events like the Family Fun Walk. For everyday visits, please check with us on WhatsApp before bringing your pet.

The restaurants, farm stall and shops carry on as normal. Outdoor activities are weather-dependent — on wet days some may pause for safety, so check WhatsApp before making the trip specially for an activity. The butterfly dome is at its best on hot, sunny days.
